fischl 3.0 avatar (FBT/pc+quest)

fischl from genshin impact in VRC!

contains both packages for pc and quest versions!
has animations, gestures, and toggles for glasses, eyepatch, and bangs!
proportioned for FBT! (hence why it looks different than the original fischl)
i'm lazy to put pictures so if you want to see/test the avatar, then check it out in the world!

-dynamic bones
-VRCSDK 3

prerequisites for quest:
-VRCSDK 3

rules:
- modifications/retextures/editing model is totally fine.
- sharing/distributing across platforms and servers is a no.
- if you make the model without changes, please don't make it public lol
